Construction Permits (Underground)
A permit is required to perform any kind of construction work or utility connection in the road right-of-way of the Saginaw County Road System. In addition to the conditions and restrictions of the Right-of-Way Permit, there is a Supplemental Construction Specification list which has to followed for any underground construction.
Instructions
Please download the following Right-of-Way Permit and fill out the following areas: applicant and contractor information, road and location (between what two streets), township, time period for construction and a brief description of the work to be done indicating one of the construction types listed below. Once completed, send (or bring) completed form to the Saginaw County Road Commission with correct payment. Please review special conditions and restrictions for the permit.
