Right-of-Way Permits (Operate in the Right-of-Way)
A permit is required to perform any kind of work or activity in the road right-of-way of the Saginaw County Road System.
Instructions
Please download the following Right-of-Way Permit and fill out the following areas: applicant information, contractor information (if applicable), road and location if different than the applicants address, township, time period of work and a brief description of the planned activity. Fill out and send (or bring) completed form to the Saginaw County Road Commission with correct payment. If approved, a completed permit will be mailed to you. Please review the special conditions and restrictions for the permit.
