The Saginaw County Road Commission’s (SCRC) Paint-a-Plow Program is back for the 2026-2027 season!
SCRC’s Paint-a-Plow Program allows local students and community organizations to showcase their artistic talent and learn about the services SCRC provides to the community. SCRC uses the painted plows to plow snow throughout the winter. Depending on availability, the plows may also be used at events within the school’s community events.
