Sealed Bids for the construction of the Freeland Road Bridge Sidewalk will be received by the Saginaw County Road Commission, 3020 Sheridan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601, until 10:00 AM local time on July 19, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Each proposal shall be accompanied by certified check or bidder’s bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be drawn payable to the SAGINAW COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION as security for the acceptance of the Contract and subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid which is considered most favorable to the Owner.
